Support for every season of Life

Individual

Insight & Support

In individual therapy, I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with who you are. Whether you're navigating anxiety, overthinking, life transitions, or seeking deeper self-understanding, therapy provides the clarity and support needed to move forward with intention and ease.

EMDR

Healing from the inside out.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) helps you process and release the emotional weight of past experiences that still affect you today. I specialize in Attachment-Focused EMDR, which integrates relational safety, somatic awareness, and nervous system regulation to support healing from trauma, anxiety, and self-limiting patterns.

Play

Where children speak through play.
Play is a child’s natural language—and in play therapy, we use that language to explore emotions, build connection, and support growth. I integrate approaches like sand tray therapy to help children externalize and process their inner world in a safe, creative way, and DIR/Floortime to follow the child’s lead, deepen emotional engagement, and support developmental progress. Whether your child is working through anxiety, trauma, behavioral challenges, or social difficulties, play therapy offers a gentle, effective path toward healing and regulation.

Family

Connection is the foundation.
Family therapy helps strengthen relationships, improve communication, and create more harmony at home. I work collaboratively with families to understand dynamics, shift patterns, and build emotional safety—especially in neurodiverse households or those navigating parenting challenges.

Perinatal

You don’t have to do this alone.
The perinatal period—pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenting—can bring both joy and overwhelm. I offer a supportive space for new and expecting parents to process emotional changes, birth experiences, identity shifts, and the complexities of this tender season. You deserve to feel seen and supported through it all.

“There’s a world of difference between insisting on someone’s doing something and establishing an atmosphere in which that person can grow into wanting to do it.”
